[EOTD] using Coastal Scents 26 Shadow Blush Combo Palette

I have had this Coastal Scents 26 Shadow Blush Combo palette for a while now.But for some reason it wasn't getting much love from me , so i decided to do a quick look using only 2 eyeshadow from the palette. 

lid - Used the gold from the top row, third from the left, also used same shade on the lower lashline and blended with the black pencil liner .

crease - Cranberry shade from the third row , third from the right

Contour - Matt black from the Sleek I-Divine palette Strom

I finished the look with some falsies and my favorite gel eyeliner from maybelline ,Lasting drama gel eyeliner in black.

I really liked how it turned out , very autumn-ish :)

I bought this lipstick almost a month ago and i instantly fell in love with the shade, texture and pigmentation. Its the perfect Peachy nude shade which glides on lips.  Its really moisturizing , and have a sheen /glossy finish, so you don't a gloss over it. It has the same texture like Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick minus the smell and somehow like luscious lipsticks but better formula and price. It does have some taste , which i dont like , but it was the only con.

Swiss Alps - I want to go see the Swiss Alps right now , well of course i cant go right now as i have like million other reviews to do , and like i am going to Lahore in few days to meet my nephew and sister who are coming from London so Yes ! Vasanti Micronized Silky Blush in Swiss Alps is  perfect Plum shade with accents of golden shimmer. It not only gives the beautiful flush to the cheeks but also subtly highlights them.

Swiss Alps roses up my cheeks with the pretty plum-ish pink hue and gives them a gold shimmer. he shimmer is very finely milled and turns into a beautiful gold highlight on cheeks.

It such a gorgeous, sophisticated blush with very faint gold shimmers, which makes it great not only for colder days but the shimmer in it will works well for summery glow. The shimmer gives a glow rather then a glittery effect.

When i looked at the gold shimmer, I knew it will not annoy me a bit, because they are very light and fine and after awhile they seem to disappear. . I use it on the apples of my cheek for the pop of color and sometimes i use it under my cheekbone for more defined look. The application is smooth and easy. Vasanti Micronized Silky Blush in Swiss Alps is a pigmented blush , you dont need to layer it up. 

The below swatches are only two swipes of the blush, you can see the subtle golden sheen.

The packaging is fantastic. It looks classy and sleek  . It feels classy . It comes in a sturdy silver shiny compact with a mirror. The blush size is smaller than i expected and the pan is also bit difficult to work with if you use a big blush brush.

Overall a beautiful flattering plum that will suit any skin tone , i will highly recommend this to medium to dark skin tones.The blush is so smooth and finely milled .

The Nature's Co -Irish Moss Sugar Body Scrub [Review]

Sugar scrubs in general are gentler than salt scrubs and by the act of scrubbing in a circular motion does increase circulation. Exfoliating can make your skin feel luxurious.

What it is :

For dry Skin To get beautiful, glowing skin, all you have to do is scrub. Irish Moss Sugar Body Scrub contains Brown Sugar which is a natural exfoliant and is also rich in Irish Moss extract that has emollient, soothing & nourishing properties. In the shower or bath, spread the scrub over your entire body. Rub into skin to exfoliate and then rinse well. It will leave you feeling smooth all over and the refreshing fragrance of Irish Moss will linger on. Recommended usage -1 to 2 times a week.

I got this almost 2-3 weeks ago and i have been using it atleast once a week. I wish i could use it 2-3 times a week because of the way it smells so clean and refreshing. Amazing. 

You would be shocked to know that i was one of those people who usually didnt exfoliate their bodies couple of years ago. But now i know the benefits of exfoliating face and body. anyways back to the review , The Nature's Co -Irish Moss Sugar Body Scrub  comes in a huge 200ml jar. It will last you for a while.  The sugar crystals are pale green and as chunky as normal sugar can be. The sugar is soaked in oil .The scrub is super easy to use and works effectively to remove dulling dead skin cells.

This scrub has a pleasant, refreshing , and incredible scent,It totally wakes you up. Its a sugar scrub so the texture is gritty . Its thick consistency which makes it easy to work with.I usually scoop some into my palm,then spread it and rub in circular motions all over on my body, and then rinse.I always, always moisturize after scrubbing . The sugar crystals can be coarse so make sure to exfoliate gently. My skin was left feeling absolutely soft and smooth after using this scrub, the combination of oils and sugar is perfect .

Over all The Nature's Co -Irish Moss Sugar  Body Scrub is worth picking up you like refreshing , pleasant smell, soft skin and will set you back Indian rs 1295/- , which is a tad pricey but you are getting a huge tub. If you have  sensitive skin or just likes something that’s gentle I would not recommend this to you.

Beauty UK lipstick in Passion - Review , Photos & Swatch

I was craving for a hot fuchsia pink lipstick other day. Then i read on some online article that what lipstick says about a woman

The beauty UK lipstick in passion is very indeed very pigmented and has a slight sheen.  I only needed two coats to get it opaque on my lips. I am not a fan of sheer lipsticks and let me tell you , it isnt sheer at all .  The colour is long lasting and when it fades away after 2-3 hours , it leaves a hot pink colour lip stain. It is moisturizing , but it is semi matt so i will suggest to exfoliate lips before you apply it .

I personally love the way it looks on my lips,but you can always add a gloss over it to make it more moisturizing and glossier . The texture is so creamy and glides on well. I am sucker for minty ,plumping lipglosses. I personally feel that they refresh the whole mood and imagine my surprise when i first opened the lipstick , i was so excited to notice my favorite minty smell. If you arent a fan of plumping effect dont worry its not plumping lipsticks , its only formulated with a fresh and tasty hint of mint flavour.

I took almot 100 pictures because Beauty UK lipstick in Passion is one of those shades which are nearly impossible to capture on camera.

The beauty Uk lipstick comes in a black round tube that has a color insert on the bottom of the tube , which i personally find very convenient . This way it's easier to know which one to pick because the color is in the bottom of the tube. The packaging looked very familiar to me , i dug into my lipstick stash and look what i found 

Over all , I love love love this shade, its so perfect for summer, it has an amazing formula and for the Price: £3.49 , i have an excuse to pick another one.

Vasanti Wonders of the World Under Eye & Blemish Concealer -Review , Swatch & Photos

I love the magical powers of a under eye concealers. If you are lucky enough to have a good concealer then they magically disappear Whether you've got bags under your eyes from lack of sleep or they're genetic.

What it is :

I am pretty happy with my mac prolong wear concealer [Review] but i i am using it to cover , conceal my blemishes instead of using it for under eyes concealer . So i needed something for under my eyes. I have tried the artdeco camouflage [Review] but i was finding it kind of hard to blend. I needed something new then came the Vasanti Wonders of the World Under Eye & Blemish Concealer

I have  Vasanti Wonders of the World Under Eye & Blemish Concealer in shade 02 , which has two shades , orange & beige.

Each Vasanti Under Eye & Blemish Concealer comes with two shades. One side is used to counteract and cover dark under eye circles while the other side can be used as a blemish or discoloration.Its pretty much like having Bobbi brown corrector and concealer in one compact in my opinion. 

The website suggests that

colour correcting orange shade counteracts any discolouration around the eye area on medium to deep skintones 

Medium beige shade primes the eyes and cover any other imperfections on your face 

What i love about it is that It’s extremely pigmented and it blends really easily creating a matte finish under my eyes. The orange looks "very" orange but when blends in properly it gives good coverage and it blends easily.

I will be honest When i first touched the concealers i was expecting it to dry out on me but surprisingly they didn't. I use my fingers to apply them but it totally depends upon you , you use a concealer brush. I dab the concealer under the outline of my eye on top of the bags. I start with several dots of concealer underneath my eyes ,then i blend it until its completely covered. I have fine lines under my eyes, and it doesnt accentuate them which i look for in a concealer.

The formula of the both shades is extremely dense, unlike the mac pro long wear which is more of liquidy texture. They staying power is excellent , i live in a hot desert-ish city and it lasted on me good few hours with out any cake up or crease underneath my eyes after hours of wear.

The packaging was pretty good. It looks and feel high quality. The compact is sturdy and size just perfect to throw in your makeup or travel bag

Overall i think its worth picking up , its a brilliant concealer, totally worth the money and the packaging is adorable.
